After all ups and downs from the very beginning of the implementation of this project, we are extremely happy that we managed to complete the tasks set by the project and that we made it to hold our last EFYRA event, on site in Croatia.
On the 22nd and 23rd of September the event ‘A VIEW TO THE FUTURE’ was held. After the fourth event that was held online, the 5th event was successfully held on site.
The event was divided into two days. The first day of our event we have started with the introductory speech and overview of all helded events, which was presented by our president of LAG PRIZAG Mrs. Nevenka Benjak. After that our mayor of Novi Marof, Mr Siniša Jenkač and a State Secretary at the Ministry of Agriculture, Mr. Zdravko Tušek gave their welcoming speeches. Besides that, they were also panelists, where we once again discussed the topic of “EUROPE FUTURE OF YOUNG IN RURAL AREAS”. The discussion went really well because we had a big audience response.
In the very end Mrs. Saša Šegrt, advisor in the Government’s Office for NGO-s presented us the Europe for Citizens Programme and their results, and a new CERV programme. Last but not least, Professor Aleksandar Lukić presented us the EFYRA study, which is still under the construction. We heard a really interesting things so far so we are looking forward to its completion.
After our working part, we went to a study visit where we had the opportunity to see examples of good practice, more precisely, small and beautiful family agriculture holding and archery club.
